We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Since all of our products are made to order, please allow 3-5 business days for order processing, unless otherwise noted on the items product page.

When you add a fresh floral item to your cart, you will be prompted to select a delivery date. Deliveries are only available on the dates specified in the dropdown. If you would like to request delivery for a different date, please contact us.

Local delivery is available for a fee to anyone in the Fresno/Clovis areas. If you live elsewhere in the Central Valley, please contact us to see if we might be able to deliver to your area for an additional fee.

Because of the nature of our dried products, some shedding may occur during shipping. Please do not place dried products in water and keep away from direct exposure to the sun/humidity. Be gentle, dried flowers are delicate!

All items are final sale.

If any items arrive damaged, please contact us ASAP and we can work with you to resolve the issue.
